Excellent food very well cooked over an open wood fire. A nice atmosphere with great food and drink (local cidre). Enjoyed whilst on a yacht trip stopping at Dielette recently.

Great host and fabulous food, local beer cloudy and refreshing. Outside tables with view of the valley are pleasant in the sun. Very tasty set menu lunch.

We (a mixed group of Dutch and German sailors) had a very nice and tasty meal. A lot of fresh herbs and meat from a wood fire, very good!The service was very friendly and the Calvados tasted goodLe Bouche à Oreille is a restaurant I can recommend!
